Obituary - 2023

Sorry to advise that Pat's widow Evelyn has sent a card advising that Pat died on 11th September this year aged 71.

Pat was a former Chief Electrician, serving on Windsor and Pendennis and in 2020 underwent a double amputation.

For those of us who attended the Reunion last year a lasting memory might have been the image of Pat, having disembarked our vessel at Cowes, moving at a rapid rate on his prosthetics towards the champagne reception at the Royal Yacht Squadron.

A brave and very determined shipmate.
