She was sunk on 22 November 1917 by torpedo fired by German submarine U-75 approximately 35 nautical miles East of Girdle Ness or 29 nautical miles South-East by East of Buchan Ness.

She was en route from Archangel to Dunkirk with a cargo of wood.
