History

Joined British & Commonwealth in April 1975, first ship was the Good Hope Castle, followed by 12 months on the big mail ships.

Three voyages on the Edinburgh followed by one on the Pendennis with a few Clan Line coastals in between.

My first voyage as an RO was on the Clan MacLean, followed by the Clan Matheson , Clan MacIndoe and several coastals before moving onto the  Clan R's and the Bonnieway.

I then spent 2 years on the AL boats before calling it a day and moving ashore.

A fantastic 10 years.
