My Grandfather served on the Union-Castle Line back after the War, around the early 50’s, I have photos of him.. He was the Master Chef on the Carnarvon Castle I believe and several others.  I have the menus with his name on them. Maurice Armand Francey, pictured here with my Mum, who is now 65.
