Hello there,

I have just been onto the site 'Union-Castle register'. My father served on both the Carnarvon and Capetown Castle ships. C1960.

I have very little information on his time there, on his records it shows he was a 2nd laundryman although he had led us to believe at some point that he was a purser.

Is there anyway of finding out more or of finding others that may have worked alongside him?
