Thank you for allowing me to join this group.

My first ship was the Windsor Castle and i joined her on the 5/12/76 as a bell boy/salon boy.

I was on her final trip which got back into Southampton on the 9 September 1977.

I then went to work for P&O.

I was head salon boy in the first class restaurant and i had to look after the private dinning room, head waiter was Dusty Miller who taught me a lot. One of my other jobs was to make fresh fruit juice in the morning and cut the grapefruits up for breakfast.
