Somebody passed on to me the very comprehensive information about British and Commonwealth which Included information about Saint Line.

I happen to organise reunions of Saint Line people on a regular basis. I served with Saint Line from early 1956 until late 1962 when I left the sea.

I read Tommy Roberts history and can point out that his first command in Saint Line was the St Arvans. I know because he was Chief Officer on the St Thomas when I was a cadet and he then arranged for me to be switched to the St Arvans when he was promoted (not something I thanked him for at the time!).
