I was on the Southampton Castle when it was stuck in East London.

Also thanks to the Company I was flown home from Ascension Island on an American transport plane to Antigua and then home to London after my father had been rushed into hospital.fter which I had to stay at home and look after the family Bakery.

Started at Stow College 1965 -1967 then  Eng Cadet on Clan Maclaren, Clan MacGillivray and Clan Ross. Southampton College then  Jnr Engineer Elizabeth Bowater and Southampton Castle.
